Your consultation helps me get to know you better as a person, taking your lifestyle, goals and training history into account.  This also gives me a well-rounded knowledge of your body though postural and functional assessments.

One-on-One Training Sessions

30 minute • 45 MINUTES • 60 minutes 

Based off your initial consultation your program will be tailored to your training goals. The program will also target restoring any postural or functional imbalances causing pain or weakness. You will be coached through compound movements to help you understand how to move, learning along the way to empower you to workout by yourself.
