Improving athletic qualities that help you to get from A-to-B faster and outwork your opponent. 

Where is it?

Any location suitable.

Initial Assessment & Testing

45 minutes • 

Consists of a technical assessment during acceleration, top speed and change of direction.  Testing methods will be specific to your goals.


30-45 minutes • 

From your assessment & testing you will be coached accordingly to improve technique, acceleration, agility and top end speed.

Fitness Coaching

30-45 minutes • 

Based off your testing you will be programmed to improve both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning sessions.

Group Speed Coaching

45-60 minutes • 

These sessions are dependent on your group's goals, experience and age. Please inquire for more information.
